This has been a nightmare. We received the bridesmaid dress for my daughter and it was extremely small--3inches from the zipper meeting in the back. When I called the manager, Julie, she stated that the size chart indicated with my daughter's measurements she should have a size 8-10. Yet, Patrice at Bridal Mart recommended a size 2. Julie insisted Both she and Patrice "never make mistakes" and insist we were advised to order the 8-10, but we chose the 2 against their advice. We were never shown a size chart--all ordering was through Patrice's recommendations. They will not compensate us, or make it right, so now we are on the hook for $150 for the dress, $35 for rush order, and $140 for alterations as the dress will literally have to be re-made to get it to close. the staff are rude, unprofessional, and dishonest business people. Do NOT use this store for your special day. I know they've ruined it for us.
