In the interest of full disclosure, I used to be in the tire business so I know how the business works. Goodyear in West Seneca has exceeded my expectations! The moment they did is when the tech forgot to hand torque my lugs & ran-out of the shop to the parking lot to make sure it was done. I was blown away! I asked the manager if what I was seeing was true & he told me that if a tech has a wheel off, the are instantly fired. Impressive as the direct competitor I worked for was not nearly that concerned about such a major safety issue. You won't be disappointed! I've recently moved away so unfortunately I can't go here anymore...
