I had taken my car to Goodyear back in January of 2011 to have the wheel bearing replaced. Seemed pretty cut and dry; nothing bad goin on until a couple months later my car start...

Bad Parts 3/5/2012

I had taken my car to Goodyear back in January of 2011 to have the wheel bearing replaced. Seemed pretty cut and dry; nothing bad goin on until a couple months later my car started getting very loud and come to find out it was the same wheel bearing again. I went back into goodyear and had the wheel bearing replaced; of course at no cost, and went on my way. I was pleased until today when I called back because of the same exact issue. I don't know if they have bad parts or if there is something bigger going on here. When I called in to ask when my last appointment was to see if the warranty was still good the gentleman (Ed) told me that the original work was done in jan and that I had to bring it back in in April but the warranty was no good because of the date of the original appointment. This is unacceptable. So; basically they are telling me that I had to go back because of their mistake and now because the warranty is from the time when THEY messed up and not when they corrected THEIR error that I will have to fork over a couple hundred dollars. I am very unhappy about this. more

do not use this good year 8/29/2011

I brought my car in for a simple repair and was told I had major problems. So, I decided to get a second opinion and good thing I did. Do not trust these scam artists they will take you to the cleaners if you let them. I will never use Goodyear again. more

I'm Going to Miss This Place! 10/8/2009

In the interest of full disclosure, I used to be in the tire business so I know how the business works. Goodyear in West Seneca has exceeded my expectations! The moment they did is when the tech forgot to hand torque my lugs & ran-out of the shop to the parking lot to make sure it was done. I was blown away! I asked the manager if what I was seeing was true & he told me that if a tech has a wheel off, the are instantly fired. Impressive as the direct competitor I worked for was not nearly that concerned about such a major safety issue. You won't be disappointed! I've recently moved away so unfortunately I can't go here anymore... more
