Review content:
If I could have given this business ZERO stars, I would have. Usually I do not give online reviews but I feel one is warranted in this case. \r \r Bright Now Dental in Federal Way, WA is an unprofessional place of business wherein the patient is good for only the amount of money in their wallet. Patients are required to pay prior to receiving service, and it is evident that the office overbooks appointments. I had an appointment with the oral surgeon and waited over TWO HOURS to see the doctor. Finally, I requested a refund and left without being seen - even though I had an appointment!! What kind of a business allows a client to wait for over two hours without any sort of explanation, apology, or understanding that the business is in the wrong? Oral patients that arrived after me were seen before me - what is the purpose of an appointment then? \r \r The office staff was extremely indifferent to the fact that I waited an absurd amount of time, which is evident in that they did not get me
