I found Dr. Strong to be very competent but slightly expensive. Her staff on the other hand can be high pressure and rude. When we were choosing glasses for my daughter, the technician added on every option possible (lens coatings, etc) and the bill came to much more than I thought. When I realized it later that day, she said it was too late, they had already ordered the glasses. It seems like they get paid a commission on what they sell and that's probably the reason for the high pressure sales. I had a good experience at Pearl Vision in Cypress (next to Target). Much nicer staff !!
