Ok, my first problem is with their staff. When I came to them, I had about 12 cavities in my mouth of varying sizes and in pain. I am a military wife, so we do not get paid much. After an appointment, I inquired about how I could get a line of credit with them since they had a poster clearly displayed in their waiting room. I was told I could not get one with them, I would have to go home and go to a website and apply. I got her to finally tell me this after she tried to tell me I was wrong for about 10 minutes and I was reading the wrong poster when I was pointing directly at the poster about a credit card!!!! She kept telling me I needed to pay them about $200 I think right then and I explained to her that we are a military family and I do not have enough money at this time but I will pay with credit card when I get it. I did not need her attitude.\r Also, my problem with the dentist is he never spent enough time with me, and did not fully explain everything to me. I told him I wanted
