Review content:
First off, let me say that I love my unit. However, my encounters with Efthim Realty have been so terrible that if I could legally walk away from my contract, I would. My calls were rarely returned, and when they were, I felt like the company was almost hostile. \r

At move in, the unit had not been cleaned and bags of trash from the previous tenant were in still in the unit. There was damage to walls and window sills that had not been repaired. However, an agent had conducted a walk through with the previous tenant and some how approved the unit for move in. \r

Maintenance responded in a reasonable time to the initial request for repairs. Overall, they appear to do minimal upkeep, and the unit has not been painted in 6 years and the "spot" painting has left dirty walls and very visible spots of paint.
