On 6/26/13 my 2010 Lexus HS250h was brought in for regular maintenance. Two days before I experienced a flat which was repaired at another Lexus service shop where additional work was recommended that I declined since regular maintenance was already scheduled. I was dubious about some of the recommendations, as they seemed implausible. Prestige's Service Department promptly opened at 7:30AM and my car was immediately received. The Service Consultant, Andy Bowyer, reviewed the work requested, clarified issues suggested by the other service shop, reviewed any other outstanding notices on the make & model. His recommendations were completely explained, more (entirely) reasonable in comparison to that 'recommended' elsewhere, and less expensive. He, as well as the rest of the Service staff, were most courteous, accommodating and professional in carrying out their work. As the maintenance was performed, Andy provided regular updates on the progress and completion. Total satisfaction
