Took my car in for a coolant change and left needing a new engine.
My car never over heated before I took it to Braxton Automotive. They also broke my driver side window it will no longer roll down. One mechanic there is very rude when explaining things to you about your car. The worst thing about Braxton is that they are frauds. They fixed the car enough for it to drive it to Cumberland mall, which google maps says is an 11 minute drive.
Ive since been with out a car for about 2 months thanks to Braxton Automotive. They gave me back some of my money which was fair. Fair until I learned that they didn't even put in some of the parts they charged me for. They told me they put in a new thermostat & I was charged for it. But I found out the thermostat was not a new one or changed
In summary I went from a $120 coolant change to spending close to $3,000. Don't risk it by taking your car to Braxton Automotive like I did
