I’ve been taking my English Bulldog to Maple Shade since he was a puppy. I really like Dr. Heller I think he is a great vet but I can’t say the same about the other vets. Two horrific things happened to my dog while I was going there. When my dog was was young he was diagnosed with mange. One time I brought him in and Vet Amy was assisting us. She gave us Ivomectin to treat his mange which was to be taken orally by a dropper. The vet assistant gave me the medicine and I left. She never explained to me how to use the medicine or show me on the dropper where I should fill it. As soon as got home I gave my dog the medicine. It turns out I gave him way too much. I gave him 8mls and within an hour my dog was stumbling, acting crazy, couldn’t see and was having seizures. I called the vet back and it turns out I was supposed to only give him .8mls and not 8. BIG DIFFERENCE! He was blind for two weeks! About three weeks ago my dog went outside to pee and I saw blood in his urine and a
