This particular State Farm agent has the absolutely worst customer service I've ever encountered. I don't usually complain but I had to get on here and let arrogant people like them know that businesses don't run that way. \r

I'm not sure if it was Jodi herself who was in there but whoever (a chubby lady) was manning the desk that deals with delivering quotes.. man, she really doesn't help a lot. I have always found State Farm a little too expensive when it comes to auto insurance but I decided to give them a try again. And like always, they were insanely expensive for no reason and the lady didn't help to make matters better. If you're sitting there like you're trying to do me a favor, think again. There are other businesses who'd be glad to sign in a new member. Guess what? They did. Bye bye.
