Love this Agent! 6/24/2011

Jodi,\r Just wanted to drop you a note and say thanks for the many years of fine service you have provided me. This note was prompted by my purchase recently of a new car and the seamless switch of my auto insurance from old to new! Of course you have serviced all of my insurance needs from my house, to my cars, to my boat and PWC and have done it in a professional, friendly manner for the past 25 years! Great service! 6/17/2011

I have the best service with Jodi. They are super friendly and helpful. It's nice to have an actual person to call to talk to, rather than call an automative service. I would highly reccommend this office to everyone!\r As to the person who reviewed above, State farm is the biggest and best insurance company in the country for a reason. Unfortunately rates fluctuate, but I'm happy to have them on my side if god forbid anything bad happens to me or my family.\r Thanks a lot Jodi and staff! more

No more State Farm! 12/27/2010

This particular State Farm agent has the absolutely worst customer service I've ever encountered. I don't usually complain but I had to get on here and let arrogant people like them know that businesses don't run that way. \r \r I'm not sure if it was Jodi herself who was in there but whoever (a chubby lady) was manning the desk that deals with delivering quotes.. man, she really doesn't help a lot. I have always found State Farm a little too expensive when it comes to auto insurance but I decided to give them a try again. And like always, they were insanely expensive for no reason and the lady didn't help to make matters better. If you're sitting there like you're trying to do me a favor, think again. There are other businesses who'd be glad to sign in a new member. Guess what? They did. Bye bye. more
