Awful experience. I took my cat in who had been obviously injured (tail hanging limply, bruising, NO scratch or bite marks) Firstly the staff acted like he was the only cat to not want to leave his carrier and made me question if they had ever dealt with cats before. After this Dr Meeusen came in, asked us ZERO questions poked him a bit and prescribed us antibiotics. (totally unnecessarily) 5 minutes and $70 later We went home feeling completely unsatisfied and after a few minutes on the internet I was able to diagnose my cat with a dislocated tail. When not treated immediately this is very serious as damage to the nerves causes bladder and bowel problems. (He hadn't peed since his injury). The Staff here is obviously ignorant and I would strongly recommend that you DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE! maybe they're better with dogs.....
