I have not had experience w/ Dr Cousins but I have with Dr Bostley - all positive. The doctors are great. It is the office staff that I have had negative experiences/issues with. BE CAREFUL. I was treated very callously by one member when I brought my 13 yr old dog in to be put to sleep. Then at check out she overcharged me and all she said was oops. This was not the 1st time she had treated me this way. Her colleague overheard and quickly tried to cover. Recently I sent a dog in with my daughter and the person who checked her in wrote orders on the chart for the doctor that I had not asked for.
