I have been using this hospital since they were opened and have been extremely happy with their service in caring for my pets. This is a place that really cares. I have recommended it to many of my pet friends and they feel the same. They are the best! Carole more

avoid this place if you care about your pet. They will gladly take your money for treatments and related tests but will not call you back with results even if you call and ask.Vets at this place will treat you and not your pet and if you have to see all three vets while your pet is being treated, you will get three different opinions regarding the problem and related treatments. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE more

Waste of time and money 1/31/2012

This place is seriously the worst vet office possible. They are quick to have us bring our dog in THREE TIMES and pay THREE expensive bills for a problem they could have fixed the first time; however it took THREE WEEKS and SEVEN phone calls to beg them to give us the test results. Each time they had a different excuse and promised to give a call back but-surprise-no one called us back. In the meantime, our dog's infection became worse and worse and he is now looking at possible surgery. We switched to another local vet immediately, would rather have our garbage men treat him than this place, what a joke. more

20 year customer 6/12/2010

I have not had experience w/ Dr Cousins but I have with Dr Bostley - all positive. The doctors are great. It is the office staff that I have had negative experiences/issues with. BE CAREFUL. I was treated very callously by one member when I brought my 13 yr old dog in to be put to sleep. Then at check out she overcharged me and all she said was oops. This was not the 1st time she had treated me this way. Her colleague overheard and quickly tried to cover. Recently I sent a dog in with my daughter and the person who checked her in wrote orders on the chart for the doctor that I had not asked for. more

Hilton Veterinary Hosptial is WONDERFUL....The Vets and Staff treat every animal with caring & dignity. We have taken our precious pets to HVH for over 20 years. \r Dr. Bostley and his staff are a true class act. They're accurate. They not only care about the animals but the animals' "parents" and family, too.\r Do they meet our expectations??? YESSSSS\r Do they specialize in anything??? YES...in most everything!\r Are they a good deal??? Rates are very, very reasonable...but that doesn't matter because they give sincere loving care to all they treat!\r Would we recommend them?? In a HEARTBEAT!!! You MUST experience this wonderful hospital to truly appreciate how great they really & truly are. more
