Tampas Museum of Science and Industry is a great way to spend an afternoon of learning and fun. You can pay for individual activities or package deals. The activities include a tour of the basic museum which has plenty of hands on activities to keep even the most active hands busy. A planetarium, an IMAX movie theater that shows several times a day and visiting displays that are always well worth the money. The displays make you feel like you are right therewherever there is that month.
For a first time visitor the full package is the best but be prepared to spend a full day there.
