I visited with my new puppy for his initial visit. They were very thorough and patient with all of my questions. The lady's up front were very courteous and willing to help also. Their establishment is very nice as they took me on a tour prior to me bringing my dog in for his appointment. They also do gooming and have very appealing boarding for all animals. Cats in one section w/ two choices, Dogs 2 areas - one for small/medium and one for HUGE dogs. It is VERY clean. \r
