UNBEATABLE 2/17/2011

Impeccable! I have been to a numerous vets with my animals over the past years, and never have I found one that I love so much! With 5 doctors (even a Dr. Spock!) I know I'll always have a vet at hand if needed. The receptionist are the nicest bunch of gals! Very friendly and helpful. The entire staff if on track with one another and extremely knowledgeable. I trust each and every one of them, whether it be dropping off my pets for boarding, surgery, dental procedures or grooming! I even love the new trainer! Their prices are very reasonable. I just wish I could hire them to keep my house as clean as the facility! more

East Greenbush Vet is wonderful 2/2/2011

East Greenbush Veterinary Hospital is WONDERFUL!\r \r I had been taking my cat to another very reputable vet in the area, but even only in the 9 months I took her there I saw a decline in their service, efficiency and professionalism. I wonder if they just grew to the point where they just couldn't handle the business, but wouldn't refuse new clients and the money they brought. And they weren't cheap either...\r \r EGVH was a wonderful, WONDERFUL change. From the reception desk to the doctors, they treat your pet like they're their own. The staff is very friendly, patient and knowledgeable, and they kindly and quickly assist you with issues or concerns whenever you call. The facility is also very clean and pleasant and the prices very reasonable. I'd recommend EGVH to any pet owner 100% more

Trapper's New Vet 2/13/2010

Wow is about all I can say! I just brought my cat Trapper in for the first time. Trapper is polydactal on all four paws, he has 26 toes! He had an ingrown nail into his pad and had just been to Petsmart where they would not remove it for fear of it bleeding. Trapper is an old man, I refuse to let him suffer in any way so I called and got him in immediately. First, the office is IMMACULATE! Never seen a place so clean and fresh smelling. The front desk staff, the best! So friendly, caring and professional to me and they understood that Trapper IS my family, my baby. They were nothing short of wonderful to me. Although I did not see the vet, the assistant was kind and caring. The vet did actually remove the claw away from the pad and Trapper is now a very happy kitty! He came home after a rough morning and fell asleep....\r Thank you thank you thank you....and for those who are concerned about the cost of grooming....I found that a nail trim is very reasonable actually the same price more

The BEST! 10/19/2008

My 12 yr old yellow lab, Jake was diagnosed with osteosarcoma bone cancer. I was just devastated but I have to say - I would not pick any other doctors to go through this journey with. The treatment that I decided to go with involved Jake's leg to be amputated. He is now recovering and is looking forward to life on 3 legs! They (the doctors, technicians and receptionists) were incredibly compassionate, dedicated, warm, professional and reasonably priced (added bonus). It also is the cleanest veterinary facility I have ever seen. Dr. Rocchio treated Jake as if he were his own dog. I will always be incredibly grateful to the outstanding care I received at East Greenbush Animal Hospital. more

New Puppy 5/1/2008

I visited with my new puppy for his initial visit. They were very thorough and patient with all of my questions. The lady's up front were very courteous and willing to help also. Their establishment is very nice as they took me on a tour prior to me bringing my dog in for his appointment. They also do gooming and have very appealing boarding for all animals. Cats in one section w/ two choices, Dogs 2 areas - one for small/medium and one for HUGE dogs. It is VERY clean. \r www.egahvets.com more

Excellent Service 11/7/2007

I have been a client since they opened and I am absolutely grateful. The doctors and staff are wonderful, compassionate and willing to help. The location is much closer than my previous vet and my dogs just love the attention they get there. I cannot express how happy I am with this vet. more

all round service for your pets 2/13/2006

We started using the East Greenbush Animal hospital for our dog and rabbit, since they were closer to our home. The vet was very nice, and also seemed very knowledgable, even about our rabbit. I was very happy with the service, and they also offer grooming services, which I have not had a chance to try yet, but I plan to. PROS: Convenient services & hours CONS: none more
