Review content:
I was VERY unsatisfied with this garage. I felt like they were trying to rip me off in any way they could. I was shocked at the, shop fees, which consisted of a paper seat proctor, paper floor mat, ink for their printer and the sheet of paper that they printed my receipt on! Then was billed a hazardous waste fee to throw the paper away! Those charges amounted to almost $20! When I questioned them I was told that they charged those fees to everyone. I work WAY to hard for my money to give it away for bogus charges that are made up by a shop owner to get more than they should for their services. I let them know how unhappy I was and I would be leaving reviews so other people would a aware of my experience. They did then agree to refund $15. We still paid almost $200 to have our car towed not even 14 mile by the only tow company they use. Which tells me there is probably a kick back involved. They even admitted the shop added a .50 cent a mile extra fee. They clamed the tow company also
