Dirty and unprofessional. Lenny showed zero customer service as I tried to turn in a battery I was told was not holding a charge by another mechanic. Lenny did not understand The Battery Warehouse will now be black listed for Dover AFB personnel and will lose $1000s for a simple $100 nonrefund. Hey Lenny! Check out January 2011 Airlifter (Base paper). Now I'm laghing.
