Dirty and unprofessional. Lenny showed zero customer service as I tried to turn in a battery I was told was not holding a charge by another mechanic. Lenny did not understand The Battery Warehouse will now be black listed for Dover AFB personnel and will lose $1000s for a simple $100 nonrefund. Hey Lenny! Check out January 2011 Airlifter (Base paper). Now I'm laghing. more

Great experience - very helpful and honest - problem wasn't my battery and he didn't charge me to check it - told me right away it wasn't my battery and he was honest with me that he wasn't going to say anything just to get a sale! Very refreshing honesty. more

This place looks a little decrepit and creepy, but the service and prices are truly deserving of 5 stars. I am so glad to see people who deliver honest service for an honest dollar. more

I went to Battery Warehouse about two months ago since my husband recommended them. We thought we needed a new battery since the battery was 3-5 years old and I was starting to have problems starting the car on more than one occassion at that time. The gentleman working that day told me it wasn't the battery and based on the tests he ran it was more than likely the starter. He was honest and didn't try to sell me a battery anyway. My husband replaced the starter and my 4 Runner ran much better. This place is also cheaper than most places I have found around. I will be a repeat customer because of the service I received at this location. My husband has purchased batteries several times here in the past, I will no longer give Sears or the Toyota dealership my battery business. more
