I'm not sure about the shouting, but you need to check again with your insurance company. The roofing contractor has to bill for the ENTIRE amount of your roofing claim in order for you to receive the ENTIRE depreciation amount you have coming on the second check. If this Contractor bills for the entire amount, you have to pay them for the entire amount. OR IT'S CALLED INSURANCE FRAUD. Then the contractor pays you back through the Advertisement agreement, which is the only legal way for them to "help" you. They pay you for putting a sign in your yard.\r
From a contractor--- these guys do Great Work.
