I'm not sure about the shouting, but you need to check again with your insurance company. The roofing contractor has to bill for the ENTIRE amount of your roofing claim in order for you to receive the ENTIRE depreciation amount you have coming on the second check. If this Contractor bills for the entire amount, you have to pay them for the entire amount. OR IT'S CALLED INSURANCE FRAUD. Then the contractor pays you back through the Advertisement agreement, which is the only legal way for them to "help" you. So far as I can tell, the work these guys did was of a good quality, but I still can?t recommend them?unless, that is, you enjoy it when someone you?re paying a great deal of money shouts at you in the midst of a temper tantrum worthy of any five year old. The argument was over what is called an advertising contract, which was explained by the shouter?the youngest Hall, I believe?when he came to the house to make his bid. The way this was said to work is you contract for a sign to be posted in the yard, and the compensation for it is equal to whatever money was left over from the insurance payout. You know, I called the insurance company, and they inform me that I get to keep that money regardless?which means that this shouting, tantrum-throwing Hall lied to us from the get-go. I?d advise all and sundry to stay as far away from these people as possible. more

They were very punctual and courteous when they came out to give a bid. The day they replaced the roof, they were equally punctual and courteous. They made sure the yard was left with NO debris. I recommend them highly. more
