I have been to going to this vet for about two years. The care your animal will receive is top notch. The staff members and technicians genuinely care about your animal. Dr Rauch (who handles our dog) is a joy to work with and she is truly a credit to her profession.\r

The only thing that prevents a perfect score is s single rude receptionist. I believe there are only two, so it's a 50/50 chance you'll get her. One is as wonderful as the rest of them. The other one is appallingly rude, will cut you off and snap at you. Both my wife and I can attest to this on separate occassions. It is sad that the few people who call and get this person will get the wrong impression.
