Businiess name:  Barnes & Noble Booksellers

Review content:
This Barnes and Noble is terrible. Here is just one example of why:\r \r The line at the 'Starbucks' (they only carry the brand name) is atrociously long. \r \r The last time I went, I started keeping time. 8 Minutes in line.\r \r Then, no drip coffee. So, I said, "Bring it to me when you are ready." As I intended to use the WiFi. Another 9 Minutes.\r \r So, after this, I decided to return the coffee.\r "We have to call a Manager." Ok fine. 5 minutes.\r \r The STORE Manager comes. First Question: "What's wrong with our coffee?" The implication being that there is nothing wrong with the coffee.\r I explain that I had a terrible experience and had to wait far too long.\r Ok, fine. She takes my card to refund it. \r The Cashier rings it up...and this time remembers to put in my Cup discount...having not done so initially. \r \r Ok, so at this point I am sticking. "No, I know that I paid more than that. Here, you can take my Barnes & Noble gift card and look."\r She (Store Manager) demurred. I insisted.
