I am a very busy person and I work 50 miles away from my home. To schedule time off to take care of household chores is a challenge. The first time Dr. Soot was supposed to come clean my dryer vent, they canceled on that morning (5 minutes prior to appointment time) due to rain. The next week I made arrangements to be home again and they canceled due to "truck issues". I asked them to work with me because it was the second time they canceled. They never called me back. When I called them back they could only give me an appointment 2 months from now. I told them "no thanks, I'm tired of begging you to do business with me". The lady on the phone said, "OK" and hung up. Obviously, they don't need my business. Now that I read these reviews I realize it was a blessing in disguise. I'm so glad they didn't come rip me off!
