I moved into a 60s home in 2007 and had a fab new oil burner installed only to find that the chimney the flue was in was 60 percent blocked. Dr Soot came out, took photos, dropped ropes, showed me the problems BEFORE doing work, gave me an estimate, VERY EXPENSIVE but it was a big problem and he is the only person around here who could do it. Because it was an emergency situation (my kids were breathing in crap gases from the oil burner) he moved things around and came out expeditiously with his crew. I have a perfectly line chimney that passes code, inspection and everything else on earth and a SAFE HOME. The guys were clean, helpful, hard working and very brave as I have a very steep roof requiring a lot of terrifying scaffolding.Thanks Matt and crew
