If zero stars were an option, I would have selected that. My wife and I are putting in new closets. We researched several companies and decided to give the local outfit (aka Interior Door Company, Casablanca Closets) a chance. \r

They came out and spent almost two hours examining our closet and coming up with design options. They refused to give us a quote because both my spouse and I weren't present. A VERY high pressure approach that the initial quote would be good for one day only since it would be so very much cheaper than the competition. Over the next week we left several messages with them requesting a quote. They never called us back. My wife finally went back to the store where they finally gave us a quote that was on par with the one we had gotten from California Closets.\r

Bottom line - horrible customer service, high pressure sales approach. We're going with California Closets instead.
