This has to be one of the worst Ford dealers in fl, I brought my new car in for service (oil change) and an second issue, waited 4 hours with a appt, when i took the time to find the service tech to find out were my car was.The service guy was sitting at his desk looking at porn on his phone, he then went on to tell me there were no issues and no charge! I asked what about the oil change and he said what oil change! so after i wasted 4 hours of my life and did not even get a oil change i left, got a block away to find there was oil all over the hood, front grill and door of my car, i went back and all they could say is sh#t happens! so at this point my service light came on and my car is leaking oil.... i had it towed to another ford dealer in apopka, Mullinax ford not only fixed my car, they are fixing the body/paint damage and i got my oil change! I have tried for a week now to get a manager or the owner to call but nothing! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! THEY ARE TRASH AND SCUM!
