I first learned of Mongird Construction through a friend of ours, who had a couple of projects done by Mark in the past. My wife and I interviewed several different contractors and Mark stood out for a number of reasons. He was more thorough than others in his assessment of the work involved. Mark was also very patient and more than willing to come over repeatedly (we had not signed a contract with him at that time) to go over some new details my wife and I dreamt up. And finally, Mark was very open about his costs and would break the project down into pieces which no other contractor was willing to do.\r

Our project consisted of tearing down our house to the frame, adding on a couple of new sections and rebuilding everything from scratch. Once the project got underway, we found Mark's crew to be punctual, clean, trustworthy and very hard-working. The guys worked full days and would come in on Saturdays too.
