Mongird Construction was chosen for our home remodel because Mark Mongird had a successful, verifiable track record. As we planned our remodel, it was like a stale piece of bubble gum: the more we chewed the bigger it got. It ultimately included the extension of the kitchen and a major remodel, raising the sunken living room floor, new slate flooring in the entryway and the family room, hardwood floors in the living room and dining room, removal of the popcorn ceilings, smoothing the plaster on all walls, new lighting everywhere, remodeling a bathroom, and finally a new deck with an outdoor kitchen. Mark and his crew handled all in the planned timeframe, and I don?t believe we had a single costly change order in the lot. \r
