I purchased the Brooke Ivory sofa, loveseat, and ottoman approximately a year ago. The sofa, which I am still paying on, is in really bad shape. I purchased the protection plan for the sofa only but have been now been told that it covers ONLY spot cleaning. The sofa isn?t even the same color, it looks so bad. The fabric has started to pill, and when I called to complain about it the customer service woman, who was a bit rude, said, ?oh that?s just normal wear and tear?. In less than a year that sofa will look THAT bad??\r

Additionally, I called about 2 weeks ago to schedule a representative to come out and look at the sofa to determine if it was normal wear and tear or faulty, and to look at some of the stains. Again, I find it hard to believe that normal wear and tear can cause a sofa to look SO bad within a year. Anyway, I was told the representative would arrive at my house today, February 22, but would call first to let me know what time. I just got a call 10:00 am
