Dont you people have anything important to l3itch about?!?!? Its FURNITURE! And you wonder why customer service, sales, delivery, and anyone else that has to listen to you doesnt care. You actually took time out of your day to write a whole story about how crappy a company is! If star was so crappy then why would Warren Buffet own this company? Did you people ever think that maybe the problem is just you? You know their is alot of crazy people out there that like to over react to nonsence and maybe your the crazy people! no really think about it. Get a life, you cant please everyone and thats a fact.
