My "new to me" car immediately had a cracked windshield. Based on their positive internet reviews and the referral by my dealer, I called The Glass Dr of N Shore. The person I spoke to on the phone was more than helpful in quoting me prices and recommending how to deal with insurance. This business truly shined when it came to my windshield appointment. We settled on delaying my appointment until 2. I lost track of time, and I didn't make it to our agreed location until 2:30. I was so embarrassed and felt awful for wasting his time. I offered him a cash tip and cold drinks, but he refused them all. Not only did he do a great and fast job on my windshield, he didn't treat me like the jerk I was for being late. I was impressed with both his work and his customer service, and I would recommend them to anyone needing glass work.
