Last saturday, my kitty was very sick and I had to bring her to the vet, she was 19 years old and a very special part of my life. The vet did everything he could for her, without going over board, they were all very nice, my shadow kitty passed away at the vets office, I was very sad but there was nothing anyone could have done to save her. The staff at the clinic was wonderful, the doctor was wonderful, they gave me all the time I needed to greive over my pet, before I took her home. Almost a week later I received this very personal and special letter from the vet, offering me their sympathies, I was so touched that they would even think of sending me a card, I mean after all she had never been to their clinic before I would recommend them, and today I am going to pick up a new kitty, to fill my life with joy and will continue to use them for any current pet and future pet I may own. thank you Dyan
