I have been dealing with A1 for many years now, and I have never had a complaint. Pricing has been more than competitive, quality of work has been outstanding (allowing me to keep my really old, but not able to replace, equipment running like new - and starting on the first pull, even after being in storage!), quick turnaround times, and they have been able to find parts for my old equipment that the larger shops in Grand Rapids, MI, have been unable to locate. The price I have paid has ALWAYS been the price they quoted. I have recommended this shop to ALL of my friends, and have yet to receive a single negative remark.\r

I don't know what really happened in the cases of the other reviewers, but I recommend A1.
