I've been using this clinic for about a year and will NEVER go back. They have routinely charged more than their quoted prices and their staff is very rude. They did not call me to tell me how my cats surgery went, after promising that they would. They also used stitches that had to be removed (instead of the disolving type) and wanted to charge me for an additional office visit. Today we went back for their last distemper booster. I had been told that there would be one office visit charge if I brought them in together, but no, they double charged us AGAIN! And treated my husband terribly.
