Rude Doctor 7/6/2013

When our Cairn Terrier Sadie became severely ill, Dr. Schoenborn recommended we have her put down. When we went in to have Sadie put to sleep, Dr. Schoenborn was very cold and even rude. I asked a few questions about Sadie's last set of labs and the Doctor was very short with me. He then charge me $10.00 extra for consultation. I paid for these labs and I shouldn't have to pay extra to get the results. By the way, he never actually gave me any results and just told me they were bad. Terrible service. If I could give him a "0 stars" I would. more

Great staff, great docs 4/28/2012

We have used Bay View Vet Clinic for a number of years for our dogs and cats. They provide wonderful service and are caring and compassionate. The doctors and staff truly care about the well-being of our pets. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a vet service for their animals. more

Excellent service 4/28/2012

My experience here has always been positive. The staff at this clinic are very knowlegeable and thorough. They make my 142# newf-bernard feel like she is a princess even when she is slobbering on them.The charges for services have always been consistently appropriate. Love the reminder postcards! more

Don't go to Bay View Vet in Mukwongo 1/14/2012

I've been using this clinic for about a year and will NEVER go back. They have routinely charged more than their quoted prices and their staff is very rude. They did not call me to tell me how my cats surgery went, after promising that they would. They also used stitches that had to be removed (instead of the disolving type) and wanted to charge me for an additional office visit. Today we went back for their last distemper booster. I had been told that there would be one office visit charge if I brought them in together, but no, they double charged us AGAIN! And treated my husband terribly. more

Thank you Bay View Vet for the excellent care, compassion, kindness and knowledge you give to our pets thats what helps keep them healthy. You are extremely dedicated to animal health and well being - because we all love our animals and only want the best for them I wouldn't go anywhere else! more

best clinic around 6/13/2008

I love taking my pet to bay view vet. The staff is the is very caring, some more than others. They not only care about my pet needs, but mine as well. They take the time to explain and don't ever make me feel like I'm wasting their time. The doctors are great and I trust the advice I am given. The prices are a little high. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else. more

The receptionists are a mixed bag....sometimes nice and sometimes rude depends on which one. Last one was very nice and the price to Spay our dog was $14.00 lower than the other vet in town, but higher for pre-blood work and other options. more

small town vet 11/16/2005

I have been taking my dogs here for the past five years. The staff seems very friendly to my pets and it has always been easy to get an appointment. One of the vets there suggested some natural supplements to put on the pet food-it may be why my 14 year old dog is still kickin'! Prices are high but that can be expected at a small vet clinic. The location makes it an easy place to get to and leave. more
