Review content:
I should preface this comment by saying I used RM & Sons twice before this with no issues. Perhaps this is my own naivety in dealing with repair people but one of the owners was fixing some tub faucets at my house, and he had to go get some parts. I said go ahead, so he did, and he came back over 2 hours later with the parts, and charged me for labor on those hours. When disputing the invoice which was almost $600 for 2 leaky tub faucets, I let him know that I felt he was not looking out for his customer's best interests - this was not some sort of emergency. He could have easily called up the supply stores and realized he would have to go 50 miles to get the parts, and call me and tell me that he could go do it at a cost of $$$, or he could order them and come back another day. I would have certainly told him to order the parts, if he gave me that opportunity. But he didn't give me that option, he just went off "with my permission" and accrued massive labor charges for something
