First, Dr. Brower, one of the radiologists, is incredible. I highly recommend him. However, I had an experience that I would not want anyone else to go through with one of the other specialists. I fasted my pet for 13 hours. I was going to be 20 - 30 mins. late for a 1.5 hour appt. due to car trouble They said if I was going to be more than 10 mins. late they would not see me. Having been the director of a specialty clinic in a hospital, I am appalled that given the length of the appointment for an evaluation (no procedure), an accommodation would not have been made. I even checked with veterinarian friends who were all shocked that I was told not to keep my appointment. One shook his head in disbelief, another said it was just awful customer service. Suffice it to say, I rescheduled elsewhere. If I treated any of my human patients the way they treated my pet, I would have been called up in front of the director of my hospital and rightly so.
