While I wish that circumstances had not required us to get to know the folks at this VCA, I want to spread the word that sick pets will receive the highest level of care here.
Our dog had a rare cancer which VCA ultimately determined to be inoperable... but they took EVERY avenue to try to help before arriving at that decision. The ultrasound tech stayed past quitting time AND made do with the cardiac ultrasound machine (her usual machine was broken) so that we wouldn't have to come back another day.
The thing that really sold me, though, was the surgeon. I nearly fainted when he GOT DOWN ON THE FLOOR with our dog! That action was simultaneously egoless and selfless.
If our dog's condition had been operable, VCA has 24/7 intensive care services -- a higher level of care than even an emergency clinic can provide. (However, PLEASE remember they are NOT equipped to accept emergencies; intake is NOT open around the clock, just intensive care for existing patients! If you have an em
