Please don't make the same mistake I did and take a clock to their shop. Their prices are unbelievable, the length of time to do a repair is forever and then it's still not right. When you take it back as they offer a 1 yr. warranty they don't correct the problem, but they will tell you they did. However when you get your clock home you will have the same problems. This place is a total rip off and they treat you like they don't need your business. Stay away from Pilgrim Clock!!!
