Please don't make the same mistake I did and take a clock to their shop. Their prices are unbelievable, the length of time to do a repair is forever and then it's still not right....

My Father collected clocks and I inherited them. This shop has taken great care of them for me over the last 25 or so years. I just picked up another one I had repaired last week and again am very pleased with the repair and the service they provide...they even took the clock out to my car for me. I would never go anywhere else. After many years of using this shop I know what to expect when I take one of my heirloom clocks in for repair...curteous and professional service everytime!! Reading the previous review it's sounds to me like another shop trying to make themselves look good by discrediting others..that's shameful. I know from personal experience and dealings it can't be true!! more

Run don't walk from this business!! 3/29/2011

Please don't make the same mistake I did and take a clock to their shop. Their prices are unbelievable, the length of time to do a repair is forever and then it's still not right. When you take it back as they offer a 1 yr. warranty they don't correct the problem, but they will tell you they did. However when you get your clock home you will have the same problems. This place is a total rip off and they treat you like they don't need your business. Stay away from Pilgrim Clock!!! more

Rip Off!!!! 3/29/2011

Don't go there expecting to get a good deal, fair shake, or treated the way a customer should be. These people's prices are outrageous for the work they do. And that's not the half of it, if you have a problem good luck. They say their work has a 1 yr. warranty, however if you have a problem with something they fixed and you take it back and try and explain the problem to them you will more or less be told that can't be wrong. So in other words if they didn't fix it right (and they won't) the 1 yr. warranty is a mute point. more

The store offers a huge selection of clocks including grandfather clocks. The also carry many collectible gifts such as Precious Moments. Clock repair is also available. more
