Review content:
Saturday, May 1st I made an appointment to put my 18 year old terrier to rest. This was a very difficult decision. I was promised and signed an agreement for my loved one to be individually cremated and understood for him to return within 3 days to a week. I called the hospital everyday since Wednesday, May 5th asking if my dog had come back, their response every time was that "he's not back yet". By Tuesday, May 11th I felt something was wrong. I called Vetco Hospital and their response was that they would call the cremation company and find out what happened and call me right back. I did receive the call, that morning, and to my surprise the following was said to me by the vet technician/receptionist.. "we forgot to send the pick-up fax and my dog is still in the freezer along with other dogs" My loved one, as well as others, had been forgotten and neglected in their freezer while the employees continued on their day of work. This abuse of the deceased should be stopped and reported.
