Took my cat because she was acting sick, after they told me I had to have her ears cleaned my cat acted even more sick. The doctor that called me with my results did not see my cat originally and could not answer my questions and refused to call the original doctor. My cat had to be taken to the emrgency room because VETCO raptured her ear by cleaning it. $1500 later VETCO BURBANK refuses to give me coorporate contact or my calls. It is a ghetto place with rude and not experienced doctors and staff. They refuse to give me back my money and now my cat is sick in another hospital. She almost died last nite. STAY AWAY!
