DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE!!! WORST group of "professionals", I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with. I took my dearest baby girl dog, my heart, my soul, my best friend to these monsters only to be scarred for life. After waiting for 45 minutes just to be seen, a nurse immediately took her to a back area, without explaining anything, and told me to wait in the waiting area, lobby. She was to have her blood drawn for a pre-op to get spayed. After requesting to see the vet for further questions, Dr. Raj walked out and was of no help and she stared stoically at me and my concerns. She then proceeded to go back, at which point I thought I was getting my dog back. I wondered why I was not able to be with my dog during her examination. It worried me, I became increasingly nervous, as my dog was not used to being with others. Finally, I went back to the room which read "employees only" and knocked.
