Dr. Tabor was great, gentle and considerate of my dog.The administrative staff were sloppy and unprofessional. I was told I should be presenting proof of prior vaccination for my pet to now be eligible for a 36 month rabies shot but because there were a lot of people waiting (or something indecipherable, she spoke poorly)she would not the proof but nevertheless assured me I would be getting the proper 36 month shot and cert. to match. Then she erroneously marks down on the vaccination cert. that it's just a 12 month cert When I call here back the next day she lies and says the conversation never took place. Tries to talk over me, hangs up, calls back, tries to lie again, hangs up. I call corporate in Huntington Beach, a Garret assures me that all will be corrected and that he will call me back. The liar's boss from the clinic calls. She lies, threatens to not now send me the correct cert. and hangs up. Still no call back from Garret. I call him and leave a message. No call back. I do r
