Lordy Lordy. I wish my niece would have found this information beforehand. Ricky Heath was to do a job for myself. All was kosher until the work he was doing was unacceptable quality, and was not what he promised. My niece contacted the company for me and to no avail she had a bad encounter with the office manager, Lisa Heath, who quickly pointed she was the owner's wife. She told my niece the job was done and plainly so be it. It did not matter to her the quality, care, or finished product. Repairing a line , we never thought we would be treated with such rude and careless concern from a business. The money was paid partially upfront, and then a separate check given mid project. They got their money, she made sure of it. This lady is very rude, very downing in her talk and conversation with you. She will cut throat you down in her talk, and smerky laugh at you over the phone with the problems you are having from a repair the company did! I have never had as much trouble or disbelief i
