I have always had city or county utilities, so it was new to me when we moved into a house that has a aeptic tank. Ricky Heath came out with his service truck and explained all that I needed to know to properly care for my tank. He also checked all the plumbing fixtures and toilet tanks throut the home to make sure all was good. To me he went above and beyond during this first visit. He was polite and professional and so was the gentleman with him. His price was competetive and the response time was quick. I have found my plumber for as long as I am in Middle Ga. Thanks Ricky and great job.
