I have been eating Chinese food since my grandparents brought me to their favorite Chinese restaurant in San Francisco many years ago. Since my grand parents passed away, I have been searching for a Chinese restaurant, hoping to find that old time flavors, that may take me back to a journey of nostalgia. Well I am still looking. But a few days ago, my friend and I had lunch at the Golden Gong. The place have exceeded our expectations many times over. The food was delicious and prices were reasonable, and everyone waited on us were friendly and helpful. We will definitely be going back. and I will recommend the Golden Gong to anyone whose looking for a good Chinese restaurant in San Luis Obispo.
